To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please register your family or group in advance using the steps below. Get ready for an unforgettable gathering filled with fun, laughter, and cherished memories – we can’t wait to host you!
How to Register for Your Private Camptopia Experience
Securing your spot is quick and easy! Follow these simple steps to complete your registration:
Please Note: One registration per family or group. You’ll indicate the number of adults, kids, and pets in the “Add Ons” section.
Step 1: Add to Cart Scroll down and click the “Add to Cart” button (you’ll see it listed as HK$0).
步驟一：加入購物車 滾動至底部並點選「加入購物車」（費用為 HK$0）。
Step 2: View Cart Once added, click “View Cart” or use the shopping cart icon located in the top right corner of the page.
步驟二：查看購物車 加入後，點選「查看購物車」或使用頁面右上角的購物車圖示。
Step 3: Proceed to Checkout Click the “Proceed to Checkout” button to continue.
步驟三：前往結帳 點選「前往結帳」。
Step 4: Fill in Your Details Please provide the following information to help us prepare for your party:

- Full Name
姓名 - Email Address
電郵地址 - Phone Number
聯絡電話 - Street Address → Please enter your group or family name here.
街道地址 → 請在此輸入您的團體或家庭名稱。 - Additional Notes → If you require a parking space, please provide your car plate number in this section.
附加備註 → 如您需要停車位，請在此部分提供您的車牌號碼。
Step 5: Select Your Guest Count (Guests) In the “Guests” section, please quantify the number of adults (including yourself), kids, and pets (dogs) by entering the quantity for each.
步驟五：選擇您的賓客數量（附加選項） 在「附加選項」部分，請輸入成人（包括您自己）、兒童和寵物（狗）的數量。
Step 6: Accept Terms Tick the box to agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
步驟六：同意條款 勾選方格以同意我們的《私隱政策》及《條款與細則》。
Step 7: Place Your Order Click “Place Order” to finalize your registration.
步驟七：提交訂單 點選「提交訂單」完成登記。
Step 8: Confirmation You’ll receive an Order Number on screen – this is your party registration confirmation number. A confirmation email with all the details will also be sent to your inbox.
步驟八：確認登記 您將在螢幕上看到一個訂單編號——這是您的派對登記確認號碼。一封包含所有詳情的確認電郵也將發送到您的收件箱。
Prepare for Your Camptopia Experience
Get ready for some serious fun! At Camptopia Sheung Shui, your private party can enjoy water play with bouncy castles and inflatable pools, along with outdoor activity games like cornhole toss and Spikeball. Feel free to bring your own outdoor toys to enhance the fun!
To make the most of your private party, we recommend you and your guests bring the following essentials for comfort and safety:
What to Bring (戶外活動必備物品)：
- Sunscreen / 防曬用品
- Water bottle / 水樽
- Towel / 毛巾
- Change of clothes (especially for water play!) / 替換衣物（特別是水上活動！）
- Mosquito repellent / 防蚊液
- Hat or cap / 帽子
- Any other personal outdoor essentials / 其他個人戶外用品
- Any specific items for your pet(s) / 寵物專用物品
A Note on Clean-up: If you or your guests use water balloons or other plastic toys, we kindly ask that the host and guests please help to clean up thoroughly after yourselves to keep our beautiful venue pristine for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation!
