2026 Venue Licence & Service Agreement

💰 Fees & Deposits
Payment Schedule:
- Booking Deposit: 50% due immediately to lock your date.
- Balance: Remaining 50% due 15 days before event.
- Security Deposit: HK$5,000 (Refundable) due 48 hours prior.

Deductions will occur for:

- Trash/Confetti/Water Balloons: Min. HK$1,500 cleaning fee.
- Overstaying: HK$1,000 per hour past end time.
- Extra Guests: HK$250 per unreported person.
🚫 Strict House Rules
We are chill, but we have strict lines you cannot cross.
💧 Water Games
- BANNED: Water Balloons (Micro-plastic pollution).
- ALLOWED: Sponges, Water Guns, Buckets.
🔥 Fire Safety
- Fires ONLY in the 5m x 5m Brick Zone.
- Max fire height: 2 Meters.
- No gasoline/accelerants.
- Hard Cut-off: Fire extinguished by 22:00 (10 PM).
🔊 Noise & Conduct
- Amplified music/mics OFF by 22:00.
- Zero tolerance for illegal drugs (Police will be called).
- No alcohol served to minors.
⛈️ Weather & Cancellation
If YOU Cancel:
- 60+ Days Notice: 75% Refund.
- 30-59 Days Notice: 50% Refund.
- Less than 30 Days: No Refund.

☔ Event Goes On (No Refund):
Rain, Thunderstorm, Amber/Red Rain, Typhoon 1 or 3.

⛑️ Mandatory Safety
Committee Requirements:
- First Aider: You must have at least one valid First Aid Certificate holder present.
- Briefing: Two leaders must attend a 30-min safety briefing (Zoom or On-site) 7 days before the event.
⚖️ The Legal Stuff
Indemnity: The Client indemnifies the Venue Operator against claims, injury, or damage caused by participants.
Liability: Venue Operator’s liability is limited to fees paid.
Possession: This is a licence to occupy, not a tenancy lease. Staff may enter for safety reasons at any time.
