💰 NGO Rental Rate Privileges
NGOs are eligible for:
✔ 20% discount on additional venue section rental rates
✔ 20% discount on equipment rentals, including tables, chairs, marquees, AV equipment
👥 Maximum Capacity
- Seated: 200 guests
- Standing: 400 guests
📅 Availability
- Available Monday – Sunday
- Booking slots: 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM or 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM or 5:30 PM – 10:30PM
- Minimum booking: 4 hours

💳 Booking & Payment Terms
✔ NGOs must provide Hong Kong Business Registration document to receive the 20% discount (Discount code will be provided)
✔ Full payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing
✔ Separate payment link or invoice will be issued for additional venue sections and equipment rentals
📜 Terms & Conditions
✔ Liability & Indemnification
- NGOs are responsible for proper use of the venue & equipment
- NGOs agree to indemnify and hold harmless Camptopia Limited from any claims or damages related to venue use
✔ Modifications & Termination
- Any changes must be agreed in writing
- Camptopia Limited reserves the right to revoke access if there is a breach of venue policies
