1: Reserve Your Date

預留日期 (僅限 6 月下旬至 9 月底)

Pay the HK$5,000 non-refundable deposit to lock in your date instantly via Credit Card. This amount is deducted from your final bill.

支付 HK$5,000 不可退還訂金以鎖定日期。此金額將從最終賬單中扣除。

2: Plan & Customise

計劃與客製化

We work with you closer to the date to finalise equipment, furniture, and your final guest headcount.

我們將在活動臨近時與您確認所需的設備、傢俬及最終人數。

3: Security Deposit & Final Payment

保證金及尾數付款

A HK$5,000 Security Deposit is due 48 hours before the event (refundable). Final balance is due at the end of the event.

須於活動前 48 小時支付 HK$5,000 保證金（可退還）。尾數需於活動結束時付清。

Requirements & Protocols
預訂須知及管理協議

All Student Organisations must adhere to the following protocols:
所有學生團體必須遵守以下規定：

1. Verification (身份驗證)

• Authorised Status: Recognized Societies only.
  僅接受認可學生團體預訂。
• Documentation: Activity Proposal required.
  需提交已蓋印的大學活動建議書。

2. Mandatory Roles (必須設立的職位)

• Safety Marshal: Fire Safety & Noise Control (10PM).
  安全大使：負責防火及噪音管制 (10PM)。
• Green Steward: Waste separation & “Leave No Trace”.
  環保大使：負責垃圾分類及場地清潔。

3. Funding (經費與付款)

• University Payment: Confirm 6 weeks in advance.
  大學直接付款：需於 6 週前確認預訂。
• Late Bookings: Must use FPS/Personal Payment.
  逾期預訂需以 FPS 或私人付款方式結算。
