Security Deposit | Camptopia Experiences

To secure your booking for any Camptopia Experiences package (e.g. Orientation Camp, Private Camping, etc.), a refundable security deposit of HK$5,000 must be paid no later than 48 hours before your event date.

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be issued within 14 business days after the event.

• A post-event inspection will be conducted to confirm there is no damage or breach of agreement.

• Any deductions will be clearly itemized and communicated to you in writing.

• No interest is accrued on the deposit.

• Refunds will be returned via the same method used for payment (FPS or Credit Card).

Please include the following in the “Order Notes” section at checkout:

• Booking ID

• Event Date

• Any other relevant information
