Terms

By booking an Experience Package through Camptopia.hk or via a unique private link from Camptopia Limited or its Affiliated Partners, you (the Guest) agree to the following terms:

1. Experience Package

– The details of your Experience Package, including the venue, services, and merchandise, are confirmed at the time of booking.
– Any changes to the booking must be requested at least 3 weeks before the event date.

2. Payment

– Full payment is required at booking for Experience Packages HK$25,000 or less.
– For packages over HK$25,000, a 50% deposit is required at booking, with the balance due 7 days before the event.
– Payments can be made by credit card or FPS bank transfer.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations within 7 days of the event: The full payment or deposit is non-refundable, but the event may be rescheduled within 3 months of the cancellation date.
Cancellations 7 days or more before the event: The full payment or deposit will be fully refunded via the original payment method.
Weather-related cancellations: If a black rainstorm warning or typhoon signal No. 8 or higher is issued on the event day, the event may be rescheduled within 3 months.
No liability: Camptopia Limited and its partners are not responsible for any additional costs due to rescheduling or cancellation.

4. Venue Use & Guest Responsibilities

– Guests must return the venue in its original condition at the end of the event.
– Any damage or loss of venue property will be the Guest’s responsibility, including repair or replacement costs.
– Guests must dismantle all production materials, remove garbage, and restore the venue to its original state before the agreed handover time.
– Guests are expected to behave responsibly and are fully accountable for their actions and those of their attendees.

5. Liability & Indemnity

– Guests agree to indemnify Camptopia Limited and its partners against any liabilities, damages, injuries, or safety issues that arise during their experience.
– Camptopia Limited and its partners are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, damages, or losses occurring before, during, or after the event.
