🏢 NGO Venue Rental – Camptopia Sheung Shui
This agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Camptopia Limited (“Venue Management Service Provider”) and NGO, outlining the terms for venue use at Camptopia Sheung Shui.
📍 1. Venue Use
✅ Designated Areas: Skywalker is permitted to use Zone A & Zone B of the grass area (including the space between the Tram and the Skywalker orange container, and Centre Brick Stage, Café area) at no charge.
✅ Additional Access: Includes Parking Space & Toilet Facilities.
💰 2. NGO Rental Rate Privileges
Skywalker is eligible for:
🔹 Grass Zone A & Zone B – Included at no charge
🔹 20% discount on rental rates for:
- Additional venue sections beyond Zones A & B
- Equipment rental, including tables, chairs, marquees, AV equipment, and other items owned by Camptopia Limited

📜 4. Terms & Conditions
✔️ Booking & Payment
- All bookings & equipment rentals must be requested in advance (subject to availability).
- Full payment is required before the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
✔️ Liability & Indemnification
- Skywalker is responsible for proper use of the venue & equipment.
- Skywalker agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Camptopia Limited from any claims or damages related to venue use.
✔️ Modifications & Termination
- Any changes must be agreed in writing.
- Camptopia Limited reserves the right to revoke access if there is a breach of venue policies.
✅ 5. Acceptance of Terms
By using the venue, NGO acknowledges and agrees to these terms and our general terms and conditions.
