Terms & Conditions

By making an online purchase at https://camptopia.hk/shop/ you, the Guest, agree to the following:

1. Any modifications to the details of the Experience booked online, must be communicated by Guest to Camptopia at least 3 weeks before the booking date of the Experience.

2. Payment for Experience booked online must be paid in full using credit card or FPS bank transfer, unless agreed separately between Guest and Camptopia.

3. Booked space, packages, and merchandise will be provided to guest as stated in the booking details, unless agreed separately between Guest and Camptopia.

4. Guest will indemnify Camptopia Limited of any liabilities, damage, harmful activity, health and safety issues, resulting from the Experience the Guest is organising or participating in at the venue, Camptopia Sheung Shui.

5. Guest must return the venue at the conclusion of the Experience in an “as is” condition.

6. Guest shall be held responsible for all reasonable costs of refurbishment and replacement in case of any damage to the venue and/or loss or damage of any equipment provided at the venue for the Experience booked.

7. Guest will be responsible for dismantling any production materials, clearing all garbage, and reinstating the venue or space booked to its exact original state by the handover time.

8. If Guest cancels the Experience or chooses to terminate the booked Experience less than 28 (Twenty-Eight) day(s) prior to the Booking Date of the Experience, Camptopia shall be entitled to the entire Experience Fee and will work with Guest to reschedule the Experience for a future date no more than 3 months from the date of cancellationNo cash refunds will be provided.

9. If the Experience is cancelled due to black rainstorm warning or typhoon signal no. 8 or higher on the day of the Experience, the Guest will re-schedule the Experience to a date mutually agreeable to the Guest and Camptopia. Under no circumstances will Camptopia be liable for any additional costs or damages suffered by the Guest due to the rescheduling or cancellation of the Experience.

10. Camptopia will try to accommodate all Guests’ change request. However, future dates are based on the availability.

CAMPTOPIA LIMITED WILL NOT BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INJURIES, UNHAPPINESS, ILLNESSES, DEATHS, HEALTH COMPLICATIONS OF ANY SORTS, CAUSED OR INFLICTED DURING THEIR EXPERIENCE.  WE EXPECT OUR GUESTS TO BEHAVE APPROPRIATELY AND TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITIES OF THEIR ACTIONS DURING THEIR EXPERIENCE.  PLEASE RESPECT CAMPTOPIA SHEUNG SHUI AND ALL GUESTS AND STAFF.
