Terms & Conditions

By purchasing an Experience Package online at https://camptopia.hk/shop/ or a unique Experience Package link provided by Camptopia Limited or Affiliated Partners, you, the Guest, agree to the following:

Experience Package

1. The details of the Experience Package booked online has been agreed between Guest and Camptopia Limited or Affiliated Partners.

2. Booked Space or Venue, Experience Package, and Merchandise will be provided to guest as stated in the booking details.

3. Any changes to details of the Experience Package must be communicated by Guest to Camptopia at least 3 weeks before the booking date of the Experience Package.

Payment

1. Payment for Experience Package less than HK$9,999 or more must be paid in full using credit card or FPS bank transfer.

2. If the Experience Package is valued at HK$10,000 or more, Guest is required to pay an Initial Deposit of 50% of the total Experience Package (e.g. If the Experience Package is HK$15,000, initial deposit is HK$7,500)

3. If the Experience Package included catering services from one of our Affiliated Partners, Guest is required to pay an Initial Deposit of 80% of the total Experience Package (e.g. If the Experience Package is HK$100,000, initial deposit is HK$80,000)

4. Final payment is due 7 days before the date of the Experience Package.

Cancellation

1. If Guest cancels the Experience Package less than 7 (Seven) days prior to the Booking Date of the Experience Package, Camptopia Limited or Affiliated Partners shall be entitled to the entire Initial Deposit. Camptopia Limited or Affiliated Partners will work with Guest to reschedule the Experience Package for a future date no more than 3 months from the date of cancellationNo refunds will be provided.

2. If Guest cancels the Experience Package 7 (Seven) days or more prior to the Booking Date of the Experience Package, Camptopia Limited or Affiliated Partners will refund the entire Initial Deposit.  Initial Deposit will be refunded in the same manner as payment was made (i.e. credit card or FPS bank transfer).

3. If the Experience Package is cancelled due to black rainstorm warning or typhoon signal no. 8 or higher on the day of the Experience Package, the Guest can re-schedule the Experience Package to a future date no more than 3 months from the date of cancellation.

4. Under no circumstances will Camptopia Limited or Affiliated Partners will be liable for any additional costs or damages suffered by the Guest due to the rescheduling or cancellation of the Experience Package.

5. Camptopia Limited or Affiliated Partners will endeavour to accommodate Guest cancellation and re-scheduling request.

Other

1. Guest will indemnify Camptopia Limited or Affiliated Partners of any liabilities, damage, harmful activity, health and safety issues, resulting from the Experience Package the Guest has purchased and is participating in at Camptopia Sheung Shui or other venue as stated in the Experience Package.

2. Guest must return the venue at the conclusion of the Experience in an “as is” condition.

3. Guest shall be held responsible for all reasonable costs of refurbishment and replacement in case of any damage to the venue and/or loss or damage of any equipment provided at the venue for the Experience Package booked.

4. Guest will be responsible for dismantling any production materials, clearing all garbage, and reinstating the venue or space booked to its exact original state by the handover time.

5. Camptopia Limited or Affiliated Partners will not be liable or responsible for any damages, injuries, unhappiness, illnesses, deaths, health complications of any sorts, caused or inflicted before, during, or after the date of the Experience Package.

6. Camptopia Limited or Affiliated Partners expect our Guest and their guests to behave appropriately and take full responsibilities of their actions during the date of their Experience Package.
