All Guests must have Booking ID available for their Experience.
Camptopia has the right to refuse admission if a Guest can not present their Booking ID.
Camptopia will try to accommodate your request for a specific space. However, we can not guarantee the space requested.
Please stay within the boundaries set for your Experience.
Guests must keep their equipment within their allocated space for their Experience.
Camptopia has the right to ask Guests to adjust their equipment if they see that equipment is outside of their allocated space.
Smoking is not permitted on the grasslands during your Experience. Please smoke in designated areas located in the parking lot.
Music and loud conversations must cease by 10PM.
Camptopia staff will be on-site to assist with your Experience.
Camptopia reserves the right to dismiss any and all guests that are found to be disrespectful to other Guests and Camptopia staff.
Camptopia does not tolerate any abuse to staff members or other guests.
Please do not access the areas designated for staff members.
Please enjoy our facilities safely and responsibly. Camptopia has basic first aid supplies for our Guests who have minor accidents (i.e. scratches and cuts).
Please be respectful and take good care, while using the facilities and amenities during your Experience.
Please do not litter or destroy the beautiful grassland and surrounding natural environment at Camptopia Sheung Shui.
Please clean up after your dog.
Camptopia reserves the right to ask that your dog is put on a leash if your dog is bothering other guests or dogs.
Please ensure your dog doesn’t bark too much.
Please don’t allow your dog to dig a hole or damage the grass.
Please ensure your dog doesn’t bite other dogs or guests.
If you see any dog waste, please inform a member of Staff immediately.
Please be mindful of our turtles and ensure that your dog does not harm them.
